CaHA Injections in Ho Chi Minh City: 7 Facilities That Publish Their Operating Licence — A Cross-Check Table to Verify for Yourself

Seven facilities in Ho Chi Minh City offering CaHA (Radiesse) injections that publish their operating licence numbers, cross-checked on the Department of Health portal, with how to check the product and 3 steps to look them up yourself. No rankings, no price comparisons.

If you are looking for somewhere to have CaHA injections in Ho Chi Minh City, the short answer is: choose a place that meets all four of these conditions.

  • The facility holds an operating licence for medical examination and treatment (GPHĐ, *giấy phép hoạt động*) issued by the Department of Health, for the exact address you are visiting.
  • The person giving the injection is a doctor with a practising certificate (CCHN, *chứng chỉ hành nghề*).
  • The product is opened in front of you, with its brand name, manufacturer, batch number and expiry date clearly shown.
  • Before the injection, you are told plainly that CaHA is harder to remove than HA filler.

You can check the licence, the practising certificate and the address yourself on the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health portal before booking. This article lists 7 facilities in Ho Chi Minh City that both state on their official website that they perform CaHA injections on site (usually under the name Radiesse) and publish their operating licence number on that same website: Lux Beauty Center, Doctor Acnes, Pensilia, SIAN, TARA Beauty Clinic, MedFit (Rejuv Lab) and BonBoz Clinic — the clinic that wrote this article. The order is not a ranking, and the list does not cover every place offering CaHA in Ho Chi Minh City — only those that publish both the service and their licence number on their official website.

Here is one specific address you can check against the criteria above: BonBoz Clinic, 66–68 Võ Văn Tần, Xuân Hòa Ward (former District 3), Ho Chi Minh City — a Specialist Aesthetic Clinic (licence 10036/HCM-GPHĐ) and a Specialist Dermatology Clinic (licence 11113/HCM-GPHĐ). For a comparison of CaHA with HA filler and Karisma, see How HA, CaHA and Karisma differ.

What is CaHA — and why does choosing where to have it need more care than choosing where to have HA?

CaHA stands for calcium hydroxylapatite: mineral particles — the same type of mineral found in bone and teeth — suspended in a gel carrier. Radiesse is the most frequently mentioned CaHA brand; on the websites of the facilities in this article, the service is usually called "Radiesse injections" or "Radiesse filler injections". According to BonBoz's comparison page HA, CaHA and Karisma, CaHA adds volume immediately thanks to the gel carrier, then stimulates the skin to produce more collagen and elastin in the treated area (a review published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal in 2023, on Radiesse); the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gives a reference duration of about 18 months, compared with about 6–12 months for HA fillers.

What makes choosing a CaHA provider different from choosing an HA provider is correction. HA filler can be dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase if the result is not as hoped or a complication occurs. For CaHA, the FDA notes that non-HA fillers may be difficult or impossible to remove. CaHA is also visible on X-rays and may obscure the structures underneath, so anyone who has had it should tell their radiologist. The serious complication the FDA warns about for all fillers — accidental injection into a blood vessel — applies to CaHA as well.

The practical consequence: with CaHA, most of your safety is decided before the needle touches the skin — who examines you, who injects, which product, which area, and whether you really need a long-lasting but hard-to-reverse filler. Those things can be checked against facts, and that is what this article helps you do.

Three steps to check a facility yourself before booking CaHA

Step 1 — Look up the operating licence number on the Department of Health portal

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health runs a medical and pharmaceutical practice lookup portal at tracuu.medinet.org.vn. Under *Cơ sở KCB* (medical facilities), select "Tìm khớp tất cả các cụm từ (Phân biệt dấu)" (match all phrases, accent-sensitive), type the facility name or licence number and press Enter. The results list shows the facility name on the licence, the date of issue, the address under the old ward and district names, and the operating status; click on a facility to open its detail page, which also gives the address under the new ward name, the facility type (specialist dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery clinic and so on) and the person in charge of medical services. Some facilities' detail pages also have a *Thông tin vi phạm* (violation information) section; if there is one, read what the penalty decision says and when it was issued. Facilities licensed by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health have numbers in the form `…/HCM-GPHĐ`; a number with another province's suffix applies only to a facility in that province.

For CaHA, pay attention to the facility type shown on the detail page. If a website lists two licence numbers for the same address, ask which one covers the filler injection you are about to have.

Step 2 — Check the address

The address on the licence must match the address you are going to. One facility in this article has several locations, each with its own licence; some facilities give their address under the new ward name, others still use the old ward and district — when searching, try both. If the website does not say at which location CaHA is performed, ask before you book.

Step 3 — Ask who will inject, see the product and ask about correction

Ask: *who will examine and inject me, and what is their practising certificate number?* Practising certificate numbers can be looked up under *GPHN KCB* (practising certificates) on the same Department of Health portal. Then ask to see the product: the box and syringe should still be factory-sealed; the label should clearly show the product name, manufacturer, batch number and expiry date; ask for its Vietnamese marketing authorisation number and the name of the importer; the product should be opened in front of you and the label stuck into your treatment record. Do not accept a product bought online or brought in by the injector — the FDA warns that fillers sold online may be counterfeit.

With CaHA in particular, ask one more question that few people need to ask about HA filler: *if the result is not what I wanted, or there is a complication, how will you deal with it?* An honest answer will make clear that CaHA cannot be dissolved the way HA can. If a place tells you it "dissolves just like ordinary filler", ask them to clarify.

Cross-check table: 7 facilities in Ho Chi Minh City offering CaHA that publish their licence

The data below was read directly from each facility's official website on 04/11/2026 — their CaHA or Radiesse page and the website footer, where the licence number is published — and every licence number was checked again on the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health portal on the same day, using exact-match search. The address column follows the portal's detail page; where the website gives a different address, this is noted. This article records only what each facility publishes; it does not assess skill, rank facilities or compare results.

Notes on reading the table: all 10 licence numbers in the licence column showed the status "Đang hoạt động" (active) on the portal on 04/11/2026 and matched the addresses in the table; the additional number 08277 listed by Doctor Acnes is explained in entry 2. Two facilities (Doctor Acnes, Pensilia) mention CaHA within treatment protocols for scars and stretch marks rather than on a dedicated filler service page; they remain in the table because their websites state that it is used on site, with a note in each entry.

List of 7 licensed facilities offering CaHA in Ho Chi Minh City

The order below is simply the order of listing: facilities in the former District 3 area first, then other areas, with BonBoz last. Each entry records the address, the licence number and how the facility presents CaHA on its website (date read: 04/11/2026). Any claims about results or duration on each facility's website are that facility's own words; this article does not repeat them and does not copy prices.

1. Lux Beauty Center

The footer reads "Specialist dermatology and aesthetics clinic, licensed under No. 06358/HCM-GPHĐ by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health", with the address 33C1 Tú Xương, Xuân Hòa Ward; the contact block within articles gives the name "Lux Beauty Center – Specialist Dermatology Clinic" and the old address in Võ Thị Sáu Ward, District 3. On the Department of Health portal, this number corresponds to "Specialist Dermatology Clinic (of the Branch of Lucky Group Trading and Services Co., Ltd. – Lux Beauty Center)" at 33C1 Tú Xương (Ward 7, former District 3), active. The price list on the website includes a Radiesse line, described as CaHA microspheres in a CMC gel; the page "Enhance your looks with URAD skin rejuvenation injections" states that the URAD procedure at Lux has four parts, the third of which is a Radiesse injection. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday 9:00–20:00, Thursday 9:00–17:30.

2. Doctor Acnes Dermatology Clinic

Published address: 8A Sư Thiện Chiếu, Xuân Hòa Ward. The footer states, verbatim: "Licensed to operate by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health since 2020 under licence No. 08277/HCM-GPHĐ and No. 11119/HCM-GPHĐ issued on 21/08/2025". On the Department of Health portal, 11119/HCM-GPHĐ corresponds to the address 8A Sư Thiện Chiếu, facility type specialist dermatology clinic; 08277/HCM-GPHĐ covers Doctor Acnes's old record at 283/34 Cách Mạng Tháng Tám (no longer operating) and a different dermatology clinic at 152 Phổ Quang — for the Sư Thiện Chiếu address, the number to check is 11119. The page "Reputable, medically standard acne scar treatment in Ho Chi Minh City" states: "At Doctor Acnes, the two common types of biostimulator used in scar treatment are Radiesse and PDLLA/PLLA powder". In other words, CaHA is presented here as one step in a scar treatment protocol, not as a stand-alone filler service; the general price list on the website has no Radiesse line, so if you are interested, ask directly at your consultation. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, from 9:00, last patients admitted at 19:00.

3. Pensilia Nguyễn Đình Chiểu

The footer lists two licences for the location at 411/2–413–415 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, Bàn Cờ Ward: "Aesthetics Department: Operating licence No. 05026/HCM-GPHĐ" and "Dermatology Department: Operating licence No. 09422/HCM-GPHĐ". The Department of Health portal gives this same address for both numbers: 05026 is a specialist aesthetic clinic, 09422 a specialist dermatology clinic. The article "Treating acne scars and stretch marks with CaHA combined with advanced technology at Pensilia" (published 12/08/2026, linked to a medical conference) explains the mechanism of combining CaHA with high-energy technology and includes a section titled "Clinical protocol at Pensilia – personalised to each scar condition". The Pensilia group also has locations in Vũng Tàu (No. 07646/HCM-GPHĐ) and Biên Hòa, and the footer notes that conditions differ between locations and that some services are offered for consultation only, not performed on site — so ask clearly at which location CaHA is performed before booking.

4. SIAN Skincare & Laser Clinic

The footer reads "Medical Practice License: No. 04702/HCM-GPHĐ", with the address 27 Nguyen Trung Truc Street, Ben Thanh Ward. On the Department of Health portal, 04702/HCM-GPHĐ is a specialist dermatology clinic at 27 Nguyễn Trung Trực, now recorded under the new ward name of Sài Gòn Ward, active. The English-language page "Radiesse in Ho Chi Minh City: Results, Cost & Recovery" (updated 07/10/2026) presents Radiesse as a service booked directly with the clinic's doctors. The website is mainly in English. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 10:00–17:30.

5. TARA Beauty Clinic

The footer reads "GPHĐ: 06820/HCM-GPHĐ", with the address 632 Sư Vạn Hạnh, Vườn Lài Ward. The Department of Health portal lists this number for "TARA Beauty Clinic Specialist Aesthetic Clinic Household Business", facility type specialist cosmetic surgery clinic, at the address above, with Dr Cái Hữu Ngọc Thảo Trang as the person in charge of medical services. The page "Answers about CaHA in facial rejuvenation and contouring injections" states that Radiesse filler injections at TARA "will be performed directly by Dr Trang, PhD". The website has many articles about Radiesse; only some pages say clearly that it is performed at the clinic, so rely on that page and confirm when booking.

6. MedFit Clinic (Rejuv Lab)

The website presents MedFit as a clinic specialising in weight loss and fat reduction, with an aesthetic skin division called Rejuv Lab, at 462/2 Nguyễn Tri Phương, Vườn Lài Ward. The footer reads: "The clinic operates under licence No. 10593/HCM-GPHĐ and No. 10991/HCM-GPHĐ". On the Department of Health portal, both numbers are at the same address: 10991 is a specialist dermatology clinic and 10593 a general internal medicine clinic — for CaHA injections, the dermatology number is 10991, and you can ask the facility to confirm this when booking. The Radiesse page (updated 25/09/2026) has a section "Radiesse injection procedure at Rejuv Lab", which begins with a consultation and examination by a doctor. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 9:00–19:00.

7. BonBoz Clinic — Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic

Address: 66–68 Võ Văn Tần, Xuân Hòa Ward (former District 3), Ho Chi Minh City. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has issued two licences: 10036/HCM-GPHĐ (Specialist Aesthetic Clinic) and 11113/HCM-GPHĐ (Specialist Dermatology Clinic); photos of both licences are on the Operating licences page. The doctor responsible for examinations and injections is Dr Bùi Thị Kim Kha, Specialist Level I in Dermatology, practising certificate No. 009784/ĐL-CCHN (issued by the Đắk Lắk Provincial Department of Health on 15/10/2021). According to the clinic's October 2026 price list, CaHA at BonBoz uses the product Hydroxyfill, and Radiesse is part of combination treatments. The doctor examines you first and only then decides whether CaHA suits your area and goals; if you would rather keep the option of correction, the doctor will consider HA filler (which can be dissolved with hyaluronidase) or skin-quality treatments such as skin boosters and Karisma. BonBoz's two licences share one address; when booking, you can ask under which licence CaHA is performed, exactly as Step 1 suggests. CaHA does not yet have a published reference price on the website: the doctor gives a quote after the examination, and a confirmed quote carries no extra charges. Opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00–20:00.

Why does this article not include a price list?

"Top places for Radiesse injections" articles usually come with a price list. This article deliberately does not. The price of CaHA depends on the product, syringe volume, number of syringes, treatment area and whether it is combined with other treatments — "one CaHA session" at one place and another is often not the same thing. Facilities' published prices also change over time and with promotions; prices copied here from other websites would soon be wrong. And comparing prices between medical facilities can easily lead readers to choose on price rather than on the facts in the three steps above.

The right approach is to ask for a quote after the doctor has examined you, stating the product name, volume, number of syringes, treatment area and follow-up schedule, with an invoice issued.

Frequently asked questions

What is the most important difference between CaHA and HA filler?

The ability to correct. HA filler can be dissolved with the enzyme hyaluronidase; with CaHA, according to the FDA, non-HA fillers may be difficult or impossible to remove if a complication occurs. In return, CaHA is described as both adding volume and stimulating collagen production, with an FDA reference duration of about 18 months. The full comparison is on the page How HA, CaHA and Karisma differ.

Is Radiesse the same as CaHA?

Yes. Radiesse is a CaHA (calcium hydroxylapatite) product; on the websites of the facilities in this article, CaHA injections are usually called by this name. There are also CaHA products under other brand names, so what you need to check is the product name on the box opened in front of you, not the name of the service in an advert.

If I have had CaHA, do I need to mention it when having an X-ray?

Yes. CaHA is visible on X-rays and may obscure the structures underneath. When having imaging of a treated area, you should tell the radiologist.

How can I tell whether a licence number is genuine?

Search the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health lookup portal (tracuu.medinet.org.vn, *Cơ sở KCB* section, "Tìm khớp tất cả các cụm từ" (match all phrases) mode) by licence number or facility name. The result must match the name, the address and the status "Đang hoạt động" (active); the detail page shows the type of clinic and, if there is one, a *Thông tin vi phạm* (violation information) section.

Is the order in this article a ranking? Why are there only 7 facilities?

It is not a ranking: facilities in the former District 3 area are placed first so you can easily compare by area, the rest follow in order of listing, and BonBoz is last. The list includes only facilities whose official website, on 04/11/2026, had both a page stating that CaHA injections are performed on site and a published licence number. Some places promote Radiesse but do not publish a licence number online; others publish a licence but only have informational articles about CaHA — those places are not in the table, but you can still apply the three self-check steps above to them.
