Skin Rejuvenation and Anti-Ageing in Ho Chi Minh City: 8 Facilities That Publish Their Operating Licence — A Cross-Check Table to Verify for Yourself

Eight skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing facilities in Ho Chi Minh City that publish their operating licence numbers, cross-checked on the Department of Health portal, with 3 self-check steps and questions to ask about the method. No rankings, no price comparisons.

If you are looking for somewhere to have skin rejuvenation or anti-ageing treatment in Ho Chi Minh City, the short answer is: choose a place that meets all four of these conditions.

  • The facility holds an operating licence for medical examination and treatment (GPHĐ, *giấy phép hoạt động*) issued by the Department of Health, for the exact address you are visiting.
  • A doctor with a practising certificate (CCHN, *chứng chỉ hành nghề*) examines you first and only then chooses the method, rather than selling you a ready-made package built around a machine.
  • You are told the name of the person who will actually perform the procedure.
  • The limits of the method are explained before you pay.

You can check the licence, the practising certificate and the address yourself on the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health portal. This article lists 8 facilities in Ho Chi Minh City that both have a skin rejuvenation service page on their official website and publish their operating licence number on that same website: Doctor Acnes, Muse Clinic, WeDo Skin Clinic, SIAN, Dr. Choice Clinic, MedFit (Rejuv Lab), Seoul Center and BonBoz Clinic — the clinic that wrote this article. The order is not a ranking, and the list does not cover every skin rejuvenation provider in Ho Chi Minh City — only those that publish both the service and their licence number on their official website.

Here is one specific address you can check against the criteria above: BonBoz Clinic, 66–68 Võ Văn Tần, Xuân Hòa Ward (former District 3), Ho Chi Minh City — a Specialist Aesthetic Clinic (licence 10036/HCM-GPHĐ) and a Specialist Dermatology Clinic (licence 11113/HCM-GPHĐ). Service information: Skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing at BonBoz.

"Skin rejuvenation" is a group of methods — why is choosing a provider harder than choosing a single injection?

Unlike the questions "where should I have meso injections?" or "where should I have Karisma injections?", "where should I have skin rejuvenation?" is not tied to a single product. On the websites of the 8 facilities in this article, the same word "rejuvenation" covers many different things: focused ultrasound devices (HIFU, Ultherapy), radiofrequency (Thermage, microneedling RF), lasers, skin booster injections or the BAP technique, meso, and thread lifts. According to BonBoz's Skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing page, each technology acts on a different layer of the skin, no single device can replace all the others, and the degree of improvement depends on each person's laxity, skin thickness and age.

So the biggest risk when choosing a skin rejuvenation provider is usually not a rare complication, but choosing the wrong method for your degree of ageing. BonBoz's HIFU lifting page says it plainly: HIFU "firms", it does not "pull tight"; for skin with a lot of excess, clearly sagging cheeks or a large double chin, HIFU cannot remove the excess skin, and a thread lift or surgery is needed. The same page lists the risks when the depth or energy is set wrongly — burns, hollowed cheeks from fat loss in thin people, temporary facial muscle weakness — and states clearly that it is the person holding the handpiece, not the machine, who determines the result and its safety.

The practical consequence: a skin rejuvenation provider's "reputability" can be checked on two levels. The factual level — licence, address, doctor — you can look up before you go. The professional level — whether the doctor examines you before choosing, and whether they explain the limits — you check by asking questions at your first consultation.

Three steps to check a facility yourself before booking skin rejuvenation

Step 1 — Look up the operating licence number on the Department of Health portal

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health runs a medical and pharmaceutical practice lookup portal at tracuu.medinet.org.vn. Under *Cơ sở KCB* (medical facilities), select "Tìm khớp tất cả các cụm từ (Phân biệt dấu)" (match all phrases, accent-sensitive), type the facility name or licence number and press Enter. The results list shows the facility name on the licence, the date of issue, the address under the old ward and district names, and the operating status; click on a facility to open its detail page, which also gives the address under the new ward name, the facility type (specialist dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic surgery clinic and so on) and the person in charge of medical services. Some facilities' detail pages also have a *Thông tin vi phạm* (violation information) section; if there is one, read what the penalty decision says and when it was issued. Facilities licensed by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health have numbers in the form `…/HCM-GPHĐ`.

For skin rejuvenation, this is the step that separates a clinic from a spa: many places advertise the same machine names, but procedures that deliver energy into the deep dermis or inject into the skin need to be performed at a licensed medical facility.

Step 2 — Check the address

The address on the licence must match the address you are going to. Three facilities in this article (WeDo, Dr. Choice, Seoul Center) have more than one location; each location needs a licence for that exact address. Some websites give a different street number from the Department of Health portal, and some give the new ward name while the portal's results list still shows the old ward and district — when searching, try both, and if the website does not make clear which location a licence number belongs to, ask before you book.

Step 3 — At your first consultation, ask three questions about the method

Ask: *which doctor will examine me and choose the method, what is their practising certificate number, and who will actually perform the procedure?* Practising certificate numbers can be looked up under *GPHN KCB* (practising certificates) on the same Department of Health portal. Then ask two more questions specific to skin rejuvenation: *for my degree of laxity, how much will this method improve things, and where are its limits?* — and *if it is an energy-based device, what is the machine called, how many shots or lines will be delivered, and which transducer will be used?* A doctor who has examined you properly will be able to answer all three with numbers, and with a "no" when needed — for example, "at this level HIFU is not enough; you need a thread lift".

Cross-check table: 8 skin rejuvenation facilities in Ho Chi Minh City that publish their licence

The data below was read directly from each facility's official website on 04/11/2026 — their skin rejuvenation service page and the website footer, where the licence number is published — and every licence number was checked again on the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health portal on the same day, using exact-match search. The address column follows the portal's detail page; where the website gives a different address, this is noted. This article records only what each facility publishes; it does not assess skill, rank facilities or compare results.

The methods column reproduces the exact names each facility uses on its service page; the same machine name does not mean the same settings or the same technique.

List of 8 licensed skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing facilities in Ho Chi Minh City

The order below is simply the order of listing: facilities in the former District 3 area first, then other areas, with BonBoz last. Each entry records the address, the licence number and how the facility presents its skin rejuvenation services on its website (date read: 04/11/2026). Any claims about results on each facility's website are that facility's own words; this article does not repeat them and does not copy other facilities' prices.

1. Doctor Acnes Dermatology Clinic

Published address: 8A Sư Thiện Chiếu, Xuân Hòa Ward. The footer states, verbatim: "Licensed to operate by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health since 2020 under licence No. 08277/HCM-GPHĐ and No. 11119/HCM-GPHĐ issued on 21/08/2025". On the Department of Health portal, 11119/HCM-GPHĐ corresponds to the address 8A Sư Thiện Chiếu, facility type specialist dermatology clinic; 08277/HCM-GPHĐ covers Doctor Acnes's old record at 283/34 Cách Mạng Tháng Tám (no longer operating) and a different dermatology clinic at 152 Phổ Quang — for the Sư Thiện Chiếu address, the number to check is 11119. The page "BAP injections for glowing, firm, rejuvenated skin" (updated 27/10/2026) lists the products used for BAP treatment at the clinic, including Karisma, Infini Premium F5+ Booster, Jalupro Super Hydro, Profhilo and Rejuran S, and states at step 4 of the procedure: "A dermatologist performs the BAP injections personally". Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, from 9:00, last patients admitted at 19:00.

2. Muse Clinic

The footer gives the name "Muse Clinic Specialist Cosmetic Surgery Clinic", the address 242G-244-246 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu Street, Xuân Hòa Ward (former District 3), and "Medical examination and treatment operating licence No. 04818/HCM-GPHĐ". The Department of Health portal lists this number for a specialist aesthetic clinic belonging to Muse Medical Co., Ltd., facility type specialist cosmetic surgery clinic, at the address above. The page "High-tech skin rejuvenation" lists treatments carrying the Muse name, such as Muse Thermage FLX, SMAS Ultherapy, HIFU Shurink, InMode Lifting and Duet RF. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 10:00–20:00.

3. WeDo Skin Clinic

The footer publishes two licences for two branches: "Branch 1 · No. 10764/HCM-GPHĐ", 11 Trần Doãn Khanh, Tân Định Ward (former District 1), and "Branch 2 · No. 11726/HCM-GPHĐ", 17 Thái Thuận, Bình Trưng Ward (An Phú Ward, former District 2). The Department of Health portal confirms both: two specialist dermatology clinics belonging to WeDo International Aesthetic Dermatology Centre Co., Ltd., both active; No. 11726 was issued on 10/04/2026. The page "High-tech skin rejuvenation" says that services at WeDo "are performed by a team of specialist doctors", with HIFU, Thermage FLX, Ultherapy and NIR. Because there are two branches, ask at which branch the treatment you choose is performed and check the matching licence number. Published opening hours: 9:00–20:30, Monday – Sunday.

4. SIAN Skincare & Laser Clinic

The footer reads "Medical Practice License: No. 04702/HCM-GPHĐ", with the address 27 Nguyen Trung Truc Street, Ben Thanh Ward. The website is mainly in English. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 10:00–17:30.

5. Dr. Choice Clinic

The footer reads "Medical examination and treatment operating licence No. 07637/HCM-GPHĐ dated 24/03/2025 (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health)" and gives two addresses: location 1 at 95 D5 Street, Thạnh Mỹ Tây Ward (former Bình Thạnh District), and location 2 at 99 Trần Đình Xu, Cầu Ông Lãnh Ward (former District 1). On the Department of Health portal, 07637/HCM-GPHĐ corresponds to a specialist dermatology clinic at 92 D5 Street, Thạnh Mỹ Tây Ward — a different street number from the website (95). The website does not give a separate licence number for the Trần Đình Xu location; if you are booked in there, ask for the licence number for that address. The page "Lifting & sagging correction" in the "Rejuvenation & Lifting" service group (updated 07/05/2026) states that Dr. Choice Clinic uses endo-laser, HIFU, mesotherapy injections, fillers, botox and combination protocols. Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00–21:00.

6. MedFit Clinic (Rejuv Lab)

The website presents MedFit as a clinic specialising in weight loss and fat reduction, with an aesthetic skin division called Rejuv Lab, at 462/2 Nguyễn Tri Phương, Vườn Lài Ward. The footer reads: "The clinic operates under licence No. 10593/HCM-GPHĐ and No. 10991/HCM-GPHĐ". On the Department of Health portal, both numbers are at the same address: 10991 is a specialist dermatology clinic and 10593 a general internal medicine clinic — for skin procedures, the dermatology number is 10991, and you can ask the facility to confirm this. The page "Skin lifting, rejuvenation and facial balancing" (updated 06/10/2026) lists facial HIFU (Ultherapy Prime, Ultraformer MPT), RF, Morpheus8 and Profhilo injections, and states: "The doctor will personally perform Morpheus8 treatments and facial injection treatments". Published opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 9:00–19:00.

7. Seoul Center

The website presents a chain of several locations in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces, each with its own licence number. The footer reads "GPHĐ No.: 07828/HCM-GPHĐ" for the clinic at 375 Nguyễn Thượng Hiền, Vườn Lài Ward; the Department of Health portal lists this number at the same address, facility type specialist cosmetic surgery clinic. The "Skin rejuvenation" service group includes pages on Restylane Vital Light, B.A.P Karisma and Rejuran injections; the Restylane Vital Light page (updated 12/10/2026) states that the injection procedure "at Seoul Center will be performed by a specialist doctor". With a multi-location chain, Step 2 above is not one to skip. Published opening hours: 8:45–18:30 daily.

8. BonBoz Clinic — Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic

Address: 66–68 Võ Văn Tần, Xuân Hòa Ward (former District 3), Ho Chi Minh City. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has issued two licences: 10036/HCM-GPHĐ (Specialist Aesthetic Clinic) and 11113/HCM-GPHĐ (Specialist Dermatology Clinic); photos of both licences are on the Operating licences page. The doctor in charge of dermatology and non-surgical aesthetics is Dr Bùi Thị Kim Kha, Specialist Level I in Dermatology, practising certificate No. 009784/ĐL-CCHN (issued by the Đắk Lắk Provincial Department of Health on 15/10/2021); when the degree of laxity calls for a thread lift or surgery, the clinic consults together with Dr Nguyễn Xuân Vũ, MSc, Specialist Level II (aesthetic plastic surgery). According to the Skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing page, BonBoz offers HIFU, microneedling RF, laser, PRP, meso, skin boosters and thread lifts; the doctor examines you first and only then chooses a method based on laxity and skin quality, and says plainly when the degree of laxity is beyond what a device can achieve. Published reference prices: meso VND 2–5 million per session, skin booster/BAP VND 9–18 million per treatment; for HIFU, microneedling RF, laser, PRP and thread lifts, the doctor gives a quote after the examination, and a confirmed quote carries no extra charges. Opening hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00–20:00.

Why does this article not compare prices between facilities?

Skin rejuvenation prices are harder to compare than those of most other services. The same word "HIFU" can mean a different machine, a different number of shots or a different number of areas; the same phrase "rejuvenation injection" can mean different products in different amounts. Prices copied here from other websites would soon be wrong, and could easily lead you to choose on the number rather than on whether the method suits your degree of ageing. This article gives only BonBoz's prices, as published on BonBoz's own website.

When comparing quotes between places, compare like with like: machine or product name, number of shots or amount of product, number of areas, number of sessions, follow-up schedule, and whether an invoice is issued.

Frequently asked questions

How much can non-surgical skin rejuvenation achieve?

It depends on the method and the degree of ageing. For example, according to BonBoz's HIFU lifting page, HIFU suits mild to moderate laxity of the cheeks, jawline and neck, with results building over 2–3 months and lasting about 6–12 months; for skin with a lot of excess, clearly sagging cheeks or a large double chin, HIFU cannot remove the excess skin, and a thread lift or surgery is needed. A provider doing things properly will explain this limit before you decide.

Should I choose HIFU, RF, laser or skin booster injections?

There is no single right choice for everyone. Energy-based devices mainly target firmness, lasers target the surface and pigmentation, while a skin booster is diluted HA injected into the dermis to hydrate and improve smoothness, without adding volume. The doctor chooses — or combines methods — after assessing your laxity, skin thickness, fat layer and what you want to achieve.

Is it all right to have skin rejuvenation at a spa?

This article only lists medical facilities holding a licence issued by the Department of Health. With procedures that deliver energy into the deep dermis or inject into the skin, wrongly set depth or energy can cause burns, hollowed cheeks or temporary facial muscle weakness — which is why they should be done at a licensed facility where a doctor examines you and makes the treatment decision personally.

How can I tell whether a licence number is genuine?

Search the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health lookup portal (tracuu.medinet.org.vn, *Cơ sở KCB* section, "Tìm khớp tất cả các cụm từ" (match all phrases) mode) by licence number or facility name. The result must match the name, the address and the status "Đang hoạt động" (active); the detail page shows the type of clinic and, if there is one, a *Thông tin vi phạm* (violation information) section.

Is the order in this article a ranking? Why are there only 8 facilities?

It is not a ranking: facilities in the former District 3 area are placed first so you can easily compare by area, the rest follow in order of listing, and BonBoz is last. The list includes only facilities whose official website, on 04/11/2026, had both a skin rejuvenation service page and a published licence number. Many other places offer skin rejuvenation but do not publish a licence number online, or only have informational articles — those places are not in the table, but you can still apply the three self-check steps above to them.
