Price tiers for double eyelid surgery and what sets them apart

• Mini line (mini-incision): suited for younger eyes with minimal excess skin that only require crease creation. Features a short operative time, minimal intervention, and the lowest cost.
• Full-incision double eyelid surgery with skin and fat excision: suited for eyelids with sagging skin and excessive upper eyelid fat that create a heavy appearance. The surgeon excises excess skin, removes fat, and defines the crease — requiring a more extensive technique and a higher cost.
• Under-eye bags / lower eyelid surgery: a separate category performed via a transconjunctival approach (an internal incision with no visible external scarring) or a subciliary incision when excess skin is present; priced separately from upper blepharoplasty.

If both upper blepharoplasty and under-eye bag removal are needed, the costs are combined, and the surgeon can perform both procedures in a single session.

What is included in the all-inclusive price

Consultation with the operating surgeon, basic laboratory tests, local anesthesia, surgical supplies and medications, follow-up appointments, and suture removal (eyelid sutures are typically removed on day 7). Once the surgeon confirms the quote, the cost remains fixed.

Factors that cause price variations within the range

• Amount of skin and fat to be addressed — determines the surgical technique and is the primary factor.
• Ptosis due to weak levator muscle: requires specialized levator muscle correction rather than standard double eyelid surgery; see our ptosis correction page.
• Combined medial epicanthoplasty or brow lift: distinct surgical techniques that are priced separately.
• Revision eyelid surgery from previous procedures: more complex and typically higher than the standard reference range.
