Microneedling Treatment Cost
The cost of microneedling at BonBoz is charged per session, typically requiring three to six sessions spaced four weeks apart, and varies depending on the active ingredients infused into the skin (restorative serum, PRP, or bio-actives). The clinic provides a detailed microneedling quote following a direct consultation with the doctor due to the highly personalized treatment regimen, rather than listing a generic price range. Consultations are complimentary, and the provided quote is all-inclusive with no hidden fees.

Why Microneedling Does Not Have a Listed Price Range Yet
BonBoz only publishes price ranges when there is sufficient real-case data over a 12-month period to ensure the figures accurately reflect reality. Microneedling is selectively indicated (primarily for shallow atrophic scars, enlarged pores, and dull skin), resulting in a limited case volume alongside widely varying topical active ingredients. Therefore, the clinic provides a quote after consultation rather than publishing a potentially misleading estimate. Once sufficient data is accumulated, the price range will be updated in the table below.
Factors Determining the Cost of Microneedling
- Number of sessions: typically three to six sessions, spaced about four weeks apart.
- Topical active ingredients delivered into the skin: basic restorative serums are at the lower end; PRP (your own platelet-rich plasma) or bio-active complexes are priced higher.
- Technology used: manual microneedling (dermaroller), microneedling pens (dermapen), or RF microneedling (radiofrequency energy delivered via microneedles) — RF microneedling is a separate category with a higher cost.
Cost of Microneedling Compared to Other Options
Microneedling costs less per session than fractional CO2 laser but works at a shallower depth, making it ideal for mild scarring and dull complexions. For deep atrophic scars, undergoing multiple microneedling sessions can result in an overall cost comparable to laser treatments while offering inferior results — our dermatologists will provide an upfront comparison so you do not invest in the wrong treatment.
What the Price Includes
Each session includes topical anesthesia, the microneedling procedure, agreed-upon active ingredients, and post-procedure soothing care. Consultations and follow-up visits with the dermatologist are provided at no extra charge. Prescribed home skincare products are billed separately.
