Cost of Rhinoplasty with Cartilage Tip Graft
Rhinoplasty with cartilage-wrapped tip is the most affordable technique among the three groups at BonBoz, as it only involves placing an artificial dorsal implant and wrapping the nasal tip with ear cartilage or biocompatible material, without reconstructing the columella. The price varies depending on the type of dorsal implant, the tip graft material, and the initial condition of the nose. The final quote will be determined by the doctor after consultation, with no hidden costs.

What Is Included in the Cost of Rhinoplasty with Cartilage-Wrapped Tip
The quote at BonBoz is an all-inclusive package for a procedure: consultation and examination with the operating surgeon, basic preoperative tests, nasal dorsum implant materials, autologous ear cartilage or tip-wrapping materials, intraoperative medications and supplies, as well as scheduled follow-up visits and suture removal (nasal sutures are typically removed on days 10–14). Once the surgeon finalizes the quote after the consultation, that figure remains unchanged throughout your treatment.
Why Prices Vary for the Same Cartilage-Wrapped Tip Procedure
- Type of nasal dorsum implant. Standard S-line/L-line implants are at the lower end of the price range; implants wrapped with biological materials or premium imported materials have higher costs.
- Nasal tip graft materials. Autologous ear cartilage requires an additional harvest site behind the ear; Megaderm or temporalis fascia incurs different material costs. The surgeon will select the appropriate option based on the thickness of your nasal tip skin.
- Nasal condition. Cases with thin nasal tip skin, previous dermal filler injections, or revision rhinoplasty often require additional surgical steps, which may exceed the standard reference range.
- Combined alar base reduction. This is a separate procedure and is priced individually if needed.
When Cartilage-Wrapped Tip Rhinoplasty Is Insufficient and Another Technique Is Recommended
Cartilage-wrapped tip rhinoplasty is suitable for noses with a relatively stable columella base that only require dorsum elevation and tip protection. If the nasal tip is short, upturned, or the columella is weak, surgeons typically recommend semi-structural rhinoplasty or structural rhinoplasty — these options have higher costs but provide better long-term durability. For this reason, BonBoz does not provide fixed quotes over the phone without a direct, in-person assessment of the nasal anatomy.
